Chandelle Realty will now be known as Chandelle Properties as they partner with Keller Williams. The partnership allows Chandelle Properties to better serve their clients with the strength of Keller Williams superior marketing and administrative support.

SLBA Award
Chandelle Realty recently received the 2008 Best of Apopka Award from the U.S. Local Business Association. The USLBA "Best of Local Business" Award Program recognizes outstanding local businesses throughout the country. Click the link below to read the full story.
In an effort to improve fire safety in their farm area, Chandelle Realtyteamed up with the San Sebastion Homeowner's Association to provide time change reminders and a 9V battery for each resident's smoke detector. Ron and Erika Henderson along with Pamela Foster, spent a day walking to all 300 homes in the neighborhood hanging a bag with the reminder, an HOA newsletter, a battery and a candy treat on each door.
Trick-or-Treat at Cranes Roost Park
Chandelle Realty joined four other industry professionals to form the Central Florida First Time Homebuyer Team. The Team handed out candy at the Cranes Roost Trick-or-Treat event. With an estimated 20 thousand people attending, the even was a great oportunity to reach out to potential first time homebuyers while having a great time handing out candy to kids both goolish and cute!
