Orlando/Apopka Airport (X04) is a privately owned/ public use airport.   No permission is required to land at X04, it is open to the public.  Each hangar building site is privately owned and also includes an undivided share of the airport common area. 

Besides hangar ownership there are hangar rentals available as well.  Many owners purchased hangars larger than they could use, with the intent to rent out space to other aircraft owners.  Chandelle Realty manages over 50,000 s/f of this space and is happy to find you a space that meets your needs.

The Beacon 

The Beacon is a newsletter dedicated to providing information about the Orlando/Apopka Airport and it's owners.  It is published as a cooperative effort between MacBeth Aerial Photography and Chandelle Realty.  Owners can submit positive news, trip reports, project reports and calendar items for publishing in the newsletter.  It is mailed to airport owners and subscribers well beyond the airport.  A digital version is emailed to subscribers in other countries.  Below is an archive of past issues.
